I photographed Brooke and Nick’s beautiful wedding (check out the pics here!) a few years ago, so it was extra special to photograph their new baby girl. I love in-home newborn sessions and how laid-back and relaxed they are. And I love the authentic moments we are able to capture. Little Nora is so beautiful and she rocked her newborn session. This was such a gorgeous and special session! Usually I photograph newborn sessions in clients’ homes, which I love. But I also LOVED this newborn session at the beach! This wonderful family was in town from out of state to welcome the newest blessing to join their family. We documented this time with the sweetest newborn session. I loved photographing precious little Hudson. Newborn sessions will always be one of my favorites to photograph. And in-home sessions are so sweet and special. I first met this family when I photographed Ben's newborn session in their home. Ben is now the cutest big brother to Baby Theo. He was so proud of his baby brother and gave him lots of hugs and kisses, and he had the biggest smiles for me. I loved everything about this sweet in-home newborn session. Baby Collins is beautiful and her four-legged best friend was so cute and protective. I know I always say it, but I seriously love in-home newborn sessions. They are favorite. The first few days when the baby comes home is so new and exciting and special. The parents are in awe, the siblings are intrigued and really trying to figure the new baby out, and everyone is just happy and comfortable in their own space. This beautiful family was all of that. The moments are real and beautiful, and it always feels like such an honor to be able to capture this fleeting time for a family. <3
I love everything about newborn sessions. Newborns are amazing, and the first few days when they are adjusting to being in this world and bonding with their families is such a special time. I love every newborn shoot I have the honor to photograph, but this one was extra special because this is my cousin's sweet boy. Welcome to the world sweet Riley! <3
Have I mentioned how much I love in-home sessions? Especially newborn sessions. It's such an amazing time in a family's life, and it's a huge honor to be invited into a client's home to document these moments. I loved every bit of this newborn session and all the real moments that were captured! Baby Finn was only 5 days old, and did such a great job at his first shoot.
Gosh I love newborn sessions! There is seriously nothing sweeter than bringing a newborn baby home from the hospital. I love that I get to relive the excitement and nervousness of it with my awesome newborn clients. And have I mentioned how much I love in-home sessions? Photographing a family in their own space, surrounded by the things they've loved and collected over the years is such a special thing. These early days with a brand new baby are so fleeting, and to be able to document them for a family is such an honor. <3
I am so honored to have been able to photograph so many special, life moments for this awesome family! We first met when I photographed Diana's maternity session with Gabriella. Then I photographed Gabriella's newborn session, followed by some milestone sessions for her. Most recently we photographed Diana's maternity shoot for this little guy, and now he is here and making his debut in his own newborn session. Gabriella is such an adorable big sister. and I love how she climbed in to bed to read to her little brother. I was so excited to meet this beautiful little girl and catch up with her awesome family.
