Contest Submission

I've decided to submit this image to the idol contest being put on by http://chiccritiqueforum.com/.  The image is supposed to demonstrate my style, which I'd describe as organic, colorful, and emotional. I love how this image tells the story of a sweet moment between sisters.

The L Family

This beautiful family was only in town visiting Florida for a few days. We had to reschedule their original session due to the rain, but I was so relieved when we had gorgeous weather the following day. Such a fun and beautiful family!

Some Random Personal Pics

This post contains some mini sets of miscellaneous pictures that I've taken of my kids over the past few weeks <3

This set of images is from a Red Riding Hood themed shoot I did awhile back. I just never got around to editing these pictures of Sadie until now.

This next set is of Sadie and my dad. These were taken on Father's Day.

These next pictures we did just one evening while hanging out at the beach.

The following pictures were all taken at our house over the past few weeks.

And finally, these last few pictures were all taken downtown.

The N Family

This was the N Family's last weekend living in Florida, and they wanted some beach pictures before they said goodbye! We'd already had to reschedule once because of rain, so we were planning to shoot rain or shine this weekend! It was a misty day that ended up working great for our pictures, and the rain held out until we were walking back to our cars. :) Perfect!

Baby Gender Reveal

Kaitlyn and David went to their ultrasound appointment the morning of our shoot. The ultrasound tech didn't tell them the sex of the baby. She sealed it in an envelope for me. I then went shopping and bought the couple a blue blanket. When they arrived at the session, the blanket was hidden in a box. Dad opened it first, and while mom had her back turned, he wrapped her in it. It was such an awesome moment that I was so lucky to be able to capture. Truly amazing!! <3
